Proto je t\u0159eba se proti po\u017e\u00e1ru co nejv\u00edce chr\u00e1nit. Pokud ov\u0161em ani ochrana a prevence nesta\u010d\u00ed, je pot\u0159eba b\u00fdt na po\u017e\u00e1r p\u0159ipraven a to nejen osobn\u011b, ale i zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010dasu pro evakuaci osob z objektu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd rok jsou po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1ny statistiky ob\u011bt\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru budov a nejedn\u00e1 se o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zanedbateln\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla. Myslet si, \u017ee n\u011bco co na prvn\u00ed pohled neho\u0159\u00ed, nemus\u00edme \u0159e\u0161it, je \u0161patn\u011b. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed konstrukce je t\u0159eba opat\u0159it protipo\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochranou. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek je zam\u011b\u0159en na po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed izolace, tedy ty, kter\u00e9 se n\u011bkdy z\u00e1rove\u0148 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako akustick\u00e9 a tepeln\u00e9 v\u00fdpl\u0148ov\u00e9 izolace, jako sou\u010d\u00e1sti skladeb stavebn\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Jak\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 vysok\u00e1 teplota na lidsk\u00fd organismus a co zp\u016fsobuje pop\u00e1leniny?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru vznikaj\u00ed velmi vysok\u00e9 teploty a tyto maj\u00ed velmi \u0161patn\u00fd vliv na lidsk\u00fd organismus a mohou jej nen\u00e1vratn\u011b po\u0161kodit \u010di \u010dlov\u011bka nakonec usmrtit. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ji\u017e p\u0159i teplot\u011b kolem 120\u00b0C vznikaj\u00ed po 8 minut\u00e1ch setrv\u00e1n\u00ed v takov\u00e9 teplot\u011b pop\u00e1leniny 1. stupn\u011b. Pokud je lidsk\u00fd organismus vystaven po dobu jen 2 a\u017e 3 minuty teplot\u011b kolem 200\u00b0C doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke stejn\u00e9mu pop\u00e1len\u00ed. Nav\u00edc vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed takto hork\u00e9ho vzduchu zpravidla pop\u00e1l\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00ed cesty. V\u0161eobecn\u011b je teplota kolem 160\u00b0C pro lidsk\u00fd organismus br\u00e1na jako hrani\u010dn\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly jsou dnes posuzov\u00e1ny z hlediska ho\u0159lavosti a reakce na ohe\u0148. D\u00e1le se posuzuje doba odolnosti p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 materi\u00e1l k v\u00fdvinu po\u017e\u00e1ru, jak hodn\u011b vyv\u00edj\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd kou\u0159 p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. D\u00e1le se posuzuje doba vzplanut\u00ed u ho\u0159lav\u00fdch \u010di \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ho\u0159lav\u00fdch, stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f nebo rychlost \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed plamene t\u011bmito materi\u00e1ly. Jako dopl\u0148kov\u00e1 klasifikace je tak\u00e9 posuzov\u00e1no, zda p\u0159i ho\u0159en\u00ed materi\u00e1lu nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed tzv. ho\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kapek z materi\u00e1lu p\u0159i ho\u0159en\u00ed. Tyto kapky mohou zp\u016fsobovat jak pop\u00e1leniny u lid\u00ed a zv\u00ed\u0159at, tak i d\u00e1le napom\u00e1hat k \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed plamene a t\u00edm po\u017e\u00e1ru v budov\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">T\u00edmto se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k t\u00e9matu tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku. Jakou vybrat izolaci do stavebn\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed, abychom doc\u00edlili co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odolnosti p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru a m\u011bli dost \u010dasu na evakuaci osob? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ji\u017e p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a architektonick\u00e9m projektov\u00e1n\u00ed budovy je t\u0159eba po\u010d\u00edtat s v\u00fdb\u011brem spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 izolace z pohledu odolnosti p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. Je hezk\u00e9 m\u00edt dob\u0159e zateplen\u00fd d\u016fm a mnoho lid\u00ed si te\u010f \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, to se m\u011b net\u00fdk\u00e1, ale nen\u00ed to pravda. Po\u017e\u00e1r a jeho rizika a nakonec dopady se mohou t\u00fdkat ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s a vznik samotn\u00e9ho po\u017e\u00e1ru je d\u00edlem okam\u017eiku. V \u010cR je ro\u010dn\u011b evidov\u00e1no kolem 20 tis\u00edc po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f, to jsou jen ty, kter\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161ili hasi\u010di a byly nahl\u00e1\u0161eny na t\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e9 lince 150. P\u0159i t\u011bchto po\u017e\u00e1rech doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u00famrt\u00edm stovek a ke zran\u011bn\u00edm tis\u00edce lid\u00ed a nakonec i k miliardov\u00fdm \u0161kod\u00e1m. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">T\u00edm, \u017ee si pohl\u00edd\u00e1te, aby p\u0159i stavb\u011b va\u0161eho domu byly pou\u017eity spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1rn\u011b odoln\u00e9 izolace, tato rizika a dopady zna\u010dn\u011b pon\u00ed\u017e\u00edte. Pojistka je sice hezk\u00e1 v\u011bc, ale zdrav\u00ed a va\u0161e bl\u00edzk\u00e9 v\u00e1m nevr\u00e1t\u00ed. Pou\u017eit\u00edm spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch izolac\u00ed a celkov\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany stavby je mo\u017en\u00e9 doc\u00edlit ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch cen za poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stavby. Stejn\u011b jako se v\u00e1s ptaj\u00ed na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vozidla p\u0159i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, tak i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho pojistitele by m\u011bly zaj\u00edmat informace o materi\u00e1lech, ze kter\u00fdch je d\u016fm postaven. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pokud jsou pou\u017eity p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ho\u0159lav\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, tak se m\u016f\u017ee pojistka klidn\u011b prodra\u017eit. Mnoho poji\u0161\u0165oven se ji\u017e touto problematikou zaob\u00edr\u00e1, jeliko\u017e se t\u00edmto podpo\u0159\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ho\u0159lav\u00fdch \u010di neho\u0159lav\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f p\u0159i realizac\u00edch staveb a t\u00edm se pon\u00ed\u017e\u00ed i neblah\u00e9 statistiky po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Z pohledu z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slo\u017eek, tedy hlavn\u011b hasi\u010d\u016f je aplikace neho\u0159lav\u00fdch \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b ho\u0159lav\u00fdch materi\u00e1lu velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, jeliko\u017e p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru je ka\u017ed\u00e1 minuta drah\u00e1 a n\u011bkdy i vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 lidsk\u00fdmi \u017eivoty. Dostatek \u010dasu zp\u016fsoben\u00fd pomalej\u0161\u00edm ho\u0159en\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed domu, kter\u00e9 se tak rychle nezhrout\u00ed je velk\u00e9 plus pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159i z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch prac\u00edch hasi\u010d\u016f a evakuaci osob z ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed stavby. Zpomalen\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru sni\u017euje i jeho \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a to nejen v ji\u017e ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed stavb\u011b, ale i mo\u017enost p\u0159enosu po\u017e\u00e1ru na okoln\u00ed soused\u00edc\u00ed stavby. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Je to zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed, ale d\u00edky tomu z \u010deho se d\u0159\u00edve u n\u00e1s stav\u011blo, bylo po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b. Je\u0161t\u011b do za\u010d\u00e1tku 90. let se prakticky ho\u0159lav\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly na realizace staveb nepou\u017e\u00edvaly. V\u00fdjimkou byly n\u011bkter\u00e9 dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, nap\u0159\u00edklad podlahov\u00e9 krytiny (lina atd.). Velmi \u010dasto se stav\u011blo z betonov\u00fdch panel\u016f a prefabrik\u00e1t\u016f a hlavn\u011b se budovy tehdy prakticky nezateplovaly a ani uvnit\u0159 se nepou\u017e\u00edvaly ho\u0159lav\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly. Jednalo se o cihly, tehdej\u0161\u00ed variantu dne\u0161n\u00edho p\u00f3robetonu anebo op\u011bt betonu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Samostavitel\u00e9 si vyr\u00e1b\u011bli tzv. \u0161kv\u00e1rov\u00e9 tv\u00e1rnice. Jedin\u00e9 co tehdy bylo ohledn\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, byly tehdej\u0161\u00ed verze d\u0159evostaveb. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b jich na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed u n\u00e1s toliko nebylo. Byly to montovan\u00e9 stavby, stav\u011bn\u00e9 na b\u00e1zi panel\u016f ze d\u0159eva a podobn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed izolace se tehdy moc ne\u0159e\u0161ily. Jen\u017ee takto se to ne\u0159e\u0161ilo i jinde v Evrop\u011b a na sv\u011bt\u011b. Dnes se sv\u011btov\u00e9 stavitelstv\u00ed py\u0161n\u00ed velmi kvalitn\u00edmi d\u0159evostavbami, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 protipo\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed normy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Modern\u00ed doba a modern\u00ed stavitelstv\u00ed p\u0159ineslo pozd\u011bji bohu\u017eel i do tohoto rezortu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ho\u0159lav\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed plasty, kter\u00e9 jsou sice mnohdy samozh\u00e1\u0161liv\u00e9 a s obsahem retardent\u016f, co\u017e jsou p\u0159\u00edsady, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed za \u00fakol sn\u00ed\u017eit ho\u0159lavost materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 ale nad\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ho\u0159lav\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u00e1le se v modern\u00edm stavitelstv\u00ed za\u010daly pou\u017e\u00edvat izolace, ale zpo\u010d\u00e1tku hlavn\u011b z d\u016fvodu \u00faspory energi\u00ed a proto tyto tepeln\u00e9 izolace nem\u011bly zrovna dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky ohledn\u011b po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany. I dnes se daj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy izolac\u00ed a n\u011bkter\u00e9 na tom s reakc\u00ed na ohe\u0148 nejsou dob\u0159e. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ed koup\u00ed zv\u00e1\u017eit mo\u017en\u00e9 dopady a rizika. V\u00fdb\u011br izolace \u00fazce souvis\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f s typem stavebn\u00ed konstrukce a s jej\u00ed realizac\u00ed. N\u011bkdy se d\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edt v\u00edce druh\u016f a typ\u016f izolace, ale pak jsou i odolnosti v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru jin\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Plat\u00ed zde nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 \u00fam\u011brnost a to, \u017ee i kdy\u017e bude izolace hodn\u011b siln\u00e1, tak to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je stavebn\u00ed konstrukce, d\u016fm l\u00e9pe chr\u00e1n\u011bn proti po\u017e\u00e1ru. Tak\u00e9 to v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nevhodn\u00e9 izolace m\u016f\u017ee znamenat, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru bude naopak ho\u0159lav\u00e1, nebo \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ho\u0159lav\u00e1 izolace s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165kou i v\u00edce p\u0159isp\u00edvat k rozvoji a rychlosti \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru. Co\u017e n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed k n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee izolace nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pomocn\u00edkem a ochr\u00e1ncem, ale klidn\u011b i ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nav\u00edc ani neho\u0159lav\u00e1 izolace nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro p\u0159\u00edpad po\u017e\u00e1ru, kdy\u017e nebude spr\u00e1vn\u011b aplikov\u00e1na, tedy v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b st\u011bn v souvisl\u00e9 vrstv\u011b po cel\u00e9 ob\u00e1lce domu, mezi sebou t\u011bsn\u011b napojov\u00e1na a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dutin mus\u00ed vypl\u0148ovat celou dutinu v p\u0159\u00ed\u010dce, nebo podhledu, stropu \u010di v \u0161ikm\u00e9 st\u0159e\u0161e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pokud nejsou dodr\u017eeny mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed pokyny, tak se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru pronikne plamen skrze nedostate\u010dn\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 m\u00edsta, kde izolace \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b chyb\u00ed, nebo je prost\u011b vynech\u00e1na. Kvalitn\u00ed izolace z kamenn\u00e9 vlny odol\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru teplot\u00e1m kolem 1000\u00b0C a tato vlastnost nab\u00edz\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru del\u0161\u00ed \u010dasov\u00fd prostor, ne\u017e se dot\u010den\u00e1 stavebn\u00ed konstrukce zhrout\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nap\u0159\u00edklad je \u010dasto prok\u00e1z\u00e1no testy, \u017ee spr\u00e1vn\u011b proveden\u00e1 konstrukce obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny d\u0159evostavby s izolac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je neho\u0159lav\u00e1, tedy t\u0159\u00edda reakce na ohe\u0148 \u201cA1\u201d, vydr\u017e\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017eli klasicky zd\u011bn\u00e1 st\u011bna. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b toto nelze pau\u0161\u00e1ln\u011b srovn\u00e1vat, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed jak\u00e1 je zd\u011bn\u00e1 st\u011bna a jak je o\u0161et\u0159eno d\u0159evo d\u0159evostavby. Uv\u00e1d\u00edm to jen proto, \u017ee si mnoho lid\u00ed mysl\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 d\u0159evostavba je prost\u011b z po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edho hlediska nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1, ale nen\u00ed tomu tak. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Je pravdou, \u017ee masivn\u00ed tr\u00e1m jen tak rychle nesho\u0159\u00ed. Pokud za\u010dne ho\u0159et, tak se na jeho povrchu vytvo\u0159\u00ed zuhelnat\u011bl\u00e1 vrstva, kter\u00e1 ho prakticky chr\u00e1n\u00ed, zpomal\u00ed jeho proho\u0159en\u00ed. Dokonce jsou zpr\u00e1vy od hasi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed srovn\u00e1vali situace p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1rech a hodnotili zhroucen\u00ed ocelov\u00e9, skeletov\u00e9 stavby pom\u011brn\u011b d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017eli d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 skeletov\u00e9 stavby, proveden\u00e9 z masivn\u00edch tr\u00e1m\u016f. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Je to t\u00edm, \u017ee ocel nevydr\u017eela vysokou teplotu a ohnula se d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017eli sho\u0159elo d\u0159evo u podobn\u00e9 d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 stavby. Modern\u00ed impregnace, kter\u00e9 jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 a zdravotn\u011b nez\u00e1vadn\u00e9 um\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b ochr\u00e1nit a kdy\u017e ne, tak zpomalit ho\u0159en\u00ed i ten\u010d\u00edch masiv\u016f a syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch desek, nap\u0159\u00edklad OSB desek a podobn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f na b\u00e1zi d\u0159eva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dne\u0161n\u00ed trend neust\u00e1le se zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ky tepeln\u00fdch izolac\u00ed a to zejm\u00e9na v oblasti ob\u00e1lky domu (obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny) zvy\u0161uje v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru i riziko rychlosti ho\u0159en\u00ed a rozvoje po\u017e\u00e1ru, proto se jednozna\u010dn\u011b doporu\u010duje v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch tlou\u0161t\u011bk pou\u017eit\u00ed neho\u0159lav\u00fdch izolac\u00ed, tedy ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u201cA1\u201d a maxim\u00e1ln\u011b \u201cA2\u201d. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee pak vyjde takov\u00e9 zateplen\u00ed na v\u00edce pen\u011bz, ale je t\u0159eba si stanovit priority. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sta\u010d\u00ed si jen uv\u011bdomit fakt, \u017ee kontaktn\u00ed zateplen\u00ed obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny ve velk\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce polystyrenem EPS fas\u00e1dn\u00edm bude rizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017eli p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed zateplovac\u00edch desek fas\u00e1dn\u00edch kamenn\u00e9 vlny, kter\u00e9 jsou neho\u0159lav\u00e9 a nep\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k rozvoji po\u017e\u00e1ru. Proto jsou tak\u00e9 platn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed normy, kter\u00e9 ur\u010duj\u00ed, co se sm\u00ed a jak pou\u017e\u00edt v r\u016fzn\u011b vysok\u00fdch obytn\u00fdch budov\u00e1ch, co\u017e jsem popisoval i s obr\u00e1zky v na\u0161em jin\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku: \u201cPo\u017eadovan\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9 izolace podle druh\u016f a v\u00fd\u0161ek budov z po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edho pohledu\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Je faktem, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed a vysv\u011btlivky jsou leckdy zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed a mohou toho, kdo se nevyzn\u00e1 mystifikovat, nap\u0159\u00edklad samozh\u00e1\u0161liv\u00fd materi\u00e1l nen\u00ed neho\u0159lav\u00fd, ale obsahuje slo\u017eku, kter\u00e1 zlep\u0161uje jeho vlastnosti z pohledu po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany. D\u00e1le n\u011bkdy zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ho\u0159lav\u00fd materi\u00e1l pou\u017eit\u00fd v mal\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt tak nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd, jako stejn\u00fd materi\u00e1l v dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce, kdy bude zna\u010dn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvat svou ho\u0159lavost\u00ed k rozvoji po\u017e\u00e1ru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Norma, kter\u00e1 klasifikuje stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly v reakci na ohe\u0148, je norma \u010cSN EN 13501-1, kterou vydala Evropsk\u00e9 Unie. Norma \u201cEurot\u0159\u00edda\u201d sice ur\u010duje jakou maj\u00ed reakci stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly na ohe\u0148, ale nezab\u00fdv\u00e1 se pou\u017eit\u00fdmi tlou\u0161\u0165kami. Tato norma zahrnuje t\u0159\u00eddy stanovuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00edru pod\u00edlu stavebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu na rozvoj ohn\u011b, kdy \u201cA1\u201d je neho\u0159lav\u00fd materi\u00e1l, kter\u00fd nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k rozvoji ohn\u011b a \u201cA2\u201d je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neho\u0159lav\u00fd materi\u00e1l, kter\u00fd tak\u00e9 nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k rozvoji ohn\u011b. Materi\u00e1ly ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u201cB\u201dvelmi omezen\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k rozvoji ohn\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u00e1le t\u0159\u00edda \u201cC\u201d je ozna\u010den\u00ed pro materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 omezen\u011b, ale post\u0159ehnuteln\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k rozvoji ohn\u011b a v\u00fdvinu po\u017e\u00e1ru. Materi\u00e1ly s ozna\u010den\u00edm \u201cD\u201d podstatn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdvinu po\u017e\u00e1ru, stejn\u011b jako t\u0159\u00edda \u201cE\u201d, co\u017e je ozna\u010den\u00ed pro materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 zna\u010dn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdvinu po\u017e\u00e1ru. Materi\u00e1ly s ozna\u010den\u00edm \u201cF\u201d jsou na tom stejn\u011b jako materi\u00e1ly ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u201cE\u201d anebo h\u016f\u0159e, prost\u011b nejsou klasifikovan\u00e9 pro nedostatek informac\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Eurot\u0159\u00edda tak\u00e9 stanovuje stupe\u0148 rozho\u0159en\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu testu RCT, co\u017e je navozen\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00fdch podm\u00ednek a t\u00edm otestov\u00e1n\u00ed, jak se bude materi\u00e1l chovat p\u0159i re\u00e1ln\u00e9m po\u017e\u00e1ru. Nap\u0159\u00edklad materi\u00e1ly v t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u201cC\u201d se po 10 minut\u00e1ch rozho\u0159\u00ed, prost\u011b vzplanou, t\u0159\u00edda \u201cD\u201d stanovuje, \u017ee materi\u00e1l za\u0159azen do t\u00e9to t\u0159\u00eddy se v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru vzplane po 2, ale nejpozd\u011bji do 10 minut p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. Pro zaj\u00edmavost, materi\u00e1ly za\u0159azen\u00e9 do t\u0159\u00eddy \u201cE\u201d vzplanou zpravidla do 2 minut p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m po\u017e\u00e1ru a o t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u201cF\u201d ani nem\u00e1 cenu ps\u00e1t, tam je to jako ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b \u201cE\u201d a h\u016f\u0159e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sdhsvatepole.cz\/archiv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/pozarni-bezpecnost-budov.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7383\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sdhsvatepole.cz\/archiv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/pozarni-bezpecnost-budov.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"708\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sdhsvatepole.cz\/archiv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/pozarni-bezpecnost-budov-300x121.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.sdhsvatepole.cz\/archiv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/pozarni-bezpecnost-budov.jpeg 708w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 708px) 100vw, 708px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Jen pro zaj\u00edmavost, velmi nahrubo, obecn\u011b pro va\u0161i informaci, n\u00ed\u017ee pop\u00ed\u0161eme, jak\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly spadaj\u00ed do jak\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd reakce na ohe\u0148. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u0159\u00edda \u201cA1\u201d zahrnuje tyto b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 izolace pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 na stavb\u00e1ch: Kamenn\u00e1 vlna (\u010dedi\u010dov\u00e1 vata), sklen\u011bn\u00e1 vlna (n\u011bkter\u00e1 skeln\u00e1 vata), p\u011bnov\u00e9 sklo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">T\u0159\u00edda \u201cA2\u201d zahrnuje: Miner\u00e1ln\u00ed vlny (vaty) s vysokou objemovou hmotnost\u00ed. Miner\u00e1ln\u00ed vlny (vaty) s vysok\u00fdm obsahem pojiva, lepen\u00e9 nap\u0159. PU lep\u00edc\u00ed p\u011bnou nebo s povrchovou \u00fapravou.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">T\u0159\u00edda \u201cB\u201d zahrnuje nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bkter\u00e9 fenolov\u00e9 p\u011bny (FP) a t\u0159\u00edda \u201cC\u201d n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u011bny (PU) PIR. U t\u0159\u00eddy \u201cD\u201d je to pro v\u011bt\u0161inu p\u011bn (PU) PIR, pokud jsou na etiket\u011b takto ozna\u010deny.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">T\u0159\u00eddou \u201cE\u201d jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny v\u00fdrobky EPS, PU (PUR) s p\u0159\u00eddavkem retardant\u016f, kter\u00e9 zpomaluj\u00ed ho\u0159en\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco u t\u0159\u00eddy \u201cF\u201d se jedn\u00e1 o EPS bez p\u0159\u00eddavku retardant\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Po t\u011bchto informac\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b dopln\u00edm, \u017ee nejde jen o p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek materi\u00e1lu v oblasti v\u00fdvinu po\u017e\u00e1ru, ale tak\u00e9 o to, jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla se p\u0159i ho\u0159en\u00ed uvol\u0148uje z dan\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, jak rychle se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed plamen a jak\u00e1 je doba vzplanut\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ale pozor, nejde tady jen o ohe\u0148 jako takov\u00fd, je\u0161t\u011b je tady kou\u0159, kter\u00fd n\u011bkdy zab\u00edj\u00ed rychleji ne\u017eli s\u00e1m ohe\u0148. Vzpome\u0148te si na po\u017e\u00e1ry d\u0159\u00edve postaven\u00fdch panelov\u00fdch dom\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly osazeny v prakticky v cel\u00e9 podlahov\u00e9 plo\u0161e \u201clinem&#8220; (PVC), kter\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u017e\u00e1ru vyd\u00e1valo nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, tyto dok\u00e1zaly velmi rychle uvnit\u0159 budovy otr\u00e1vit, zadusit v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9. Je prok\u00e1z\u00e1no z hasi\u010dsk\u00fdch statistik, \u017ee kou\u0159 zab\u00edj\u00ed ve dvou t\u0159etin\u00e1ch po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f, co\u017e je mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017eli uho\u0159en\u00edm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nav\u00edc kou\u0159 pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b komplikuje hasi\u010d\u016fm a ostatn\u00edm z\u00e1chrann\u00fdm slo\u017ek\u00e1m z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce (pr\u00e1ce v mask\u00e1ch), sni\u017euje orientaci zejm\u00e9na uvnit\u0159 objekt\u016f, t\u00edm zpomaluje a n\u011bkdy \u00fapln\u011b znesnadn\u00ed evakuaci osob z objektu zasa\u017een\u00e9ho po\u017e\u00e1rem. Eurot\u0159\u00edda na toto tak\u00e9 pamatuje, a proto ho\u0159lav\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky od t\u0159\u00eddy \u201cA2\u201d a\u017e do t\u0159\u00eddy \u201cD\u201d musej\u00ed na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed etiket\u011b m\u00edt uvedeno mno\u017estv\u00ed emis\u00ed a v\u00fdvin kou\u0159e p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">T\u0159\u00edda \u201cA1\u201d t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neprodukuje kou\u0159 p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru, t\u0159\u00eddy \u201cE\u201d a \u201cF\u201d tuto informaci na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed etiket\u011b nemaj\u00ed, jedn\u00e1 se o naprosto ho\u0159lav\u00e9 a velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kou\u0159e produkuj\u00edc\u00ed materi\u00e1ly. Eurot\u0159\u00edda stanovuje pro ozna\u010den\u00ed produkce kou\u0159e t\u0159i t\u0159\u00eddy:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cs1\u201d p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bez kou\u0159e<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u201cs2\u201d p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru st\u0159edn\u00ed emise kou\u0159e<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u201cs3\u201d produkuj\u00ed intenzivn\u011b emise kou\u0159e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Toto ozna\u010den\u00ed na etiket\u00e1ch je zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a srozumiteln\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na pro profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed stavebn\u00edky. Tito podle t\u011bchto ozna\u010den\u00ed velmi snadno odhal\u00ed rizikovost stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f z hlediska nejen ho\u0159en\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku k rozvoji po\u017e\u00e1ru, ale tak\u00e9 z hlediska ohro\u017een\u00ed produkc\u00ed kou\u0159e, kter\u00fd je velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nakonec je tady je\u0161t\u011b jedno riziko spojen\u00e9 s po\u017e\u00e1rem a to ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice. Tento term\u00edn ozna\u010duje nap\u0159\u00edklad ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kapky, kter\u00e9 mohou d\u00e1le \u0161\u00ed\u0159it po\u017e\u00e1r a zp\u016fsobovat pop\u00e1leniny. Ve sv\u011bt\u011b se tento probl\u00e9m ozna\u010duje profesion\u00e1ln\u00edm term\u00ednem \u201cdroplet\u201d (kapi\u010dka). U stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f se sleduje m\u00edra rizikovosti vzniku odkap\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ho\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kapek p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru. Tyto plamenn\u011b ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kapky jsou velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a krom\u011b pop\u00e1lenin mohou zp\u016fsobovat ohniska po\u017e\u00e1ru na dal\u0161\u00edch m\u00edstech. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Na etiket\u00e1ch naleznete t\u0159\u00eddu rizikovosti plamenn\u011b ho\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kapek pod zkratkou p\u00edsmene \u201cd\u201d a t\u0159\u00eddy jsou pak rozd\u011bleny na \u201cd0 &#8211; \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 plamenn\u011b ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kapky, d\u00e1le \u201cd1\u201d &#8211; m\u00e1lo plamenn\u011b ho\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kapek\/\u010d\u00e1stic (p\u0159irovn\u00e1n\u00ed k odl\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00edm jiskr\u00e1m p\u0159i ho\u0159en\u00ed d\u0159eva). Nakonec je zde t\u0159\u00edda \u201cd2\u201d &#8211; co\u017e je mnoho plamenn\u011b odl\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00edch kapek\/\u010d\u00e1stic, kter\u00e9 mohou zp\u016fsobit pop\u00e1leniny k\u016f\u017ee, nebo dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tento probl\u00e9m se naprosto net\u00fdk\u00e1 Eurot\u0159\u00eddy \u201cA1\u201d, jeliko\u017e tyto materi\u00e1ly jsou neho\u0159lav\u00e9 a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem nemohou produkovat tyto ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kapky. Probl\u00e9m plamenn\u011b ho\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kapek a \u010d\u00e1stic se tedy t\u00fdk\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edd od \u201cA2\u201d do \u201cE\u201d. Tento probl\u00e9m byl vyzvednut do stavebnictv\u00ed a\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky Eurot\u0159\u00edd\u011b a do t\u00e9 doby nebyl prakticky v\u016fbec ve stavebnictv\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en a br\u00e1n jako z\u00e1sadn\u00ed riziko d\u016fsledku po\u017e\u00e1ru na v\u011bdom\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ze v\u0161ech t\u011bchto v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch podklad\u016f se d\u00e1 t\u011b\u017eit a vysledovat spr\u00e1vnou tepelnou izolaci pro danou stavebn\u00ed konstrukci. Jen dopln\u00edm, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pou\u017eit\u00ed kamenn\u00e9 vlny, \u010di obdobn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem \u010dedi\u010dov\u00e9 vaty z\u00edsk\u00e1te pro konstrukci v\u00fdborn\u00e9 vlastnosti z hlediska po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edch rizik. Tato tepeln\u00e1 izolace neho\u0159\u00ed a za\u010dne se zpravidla tavit a\u017e po p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed hranice 1000\u00b0C, t\u00edm p\u00e1dem ani nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k rozvoji a \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Osazen\u00edm kamenn\u00e9 vlny jako izolace do stavebn\u00ed konstrukce tak postav\u00edte ohni do cesty velmi odolnou p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku a z\u00edsk\u00e1te t\u00edm mnoho \u010dasu na evakuaci \u010di zdol\u00e1n\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru. Kamenn\u00e1 vlna neprodukuje p\u0159i po\u017e\u00e1ru a je li zasa\u017eena plamenem \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd kou\u0159, a tak\u00e9 z n\u00ed neodkap\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 plamenn\u011b ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kapky a neodl\u00e9t\u00e1vaj\u00ed ho\u0159\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nepodce\u0148ujte po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochranu va\u0161eho domu, pou\u017e\u00edvejte ohni odoln\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a zejm\u00e9na pak tepeln\u00e9 izolace.
